ELG Sloe Gin is made of sloe berries or also known as blackthorn. The berries are harvested after the first frost of the year, after which they drawn for 6 months with Elg Gin No. 1, which is sweetened with Danish sugar. Then the juice is poured off and the carriers are pressed.
