1 Purpose and scope of common conditions
The following conditions apply to all purchases of goods made by consumers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") on Seller A / S's (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") website www.elgspirits.shop. All information (including these terms and conditions) on the website and in connection with the placing of the order is in Danish and the agreement is concluded in Danish. 2 Order receipt and contracting
2.1 Order Procedure

The customer is encouraged to save and possibly print the order confirmation. The order will be stored by the Seller, but will not - besides the order confirmation - be available to the Customer after the order has been placed. The Customer is responsible and carries the risk that the information entered on the Customer is correct, as the Seller does not subsequently validate or verify this information.
When purchasing goods on Elgspirits.shop, a binding agreement has been entered into between the Customer and the Seller.
3 Prices and payment
3.1 Prices and currency The applicable price is the one stated on the day of the order on the website next to the product concerned. The item is settled in DKK, and all prices, charges and costs are stated in DKK on the website, order confirmation and invoice. All prices quoted are incl. taxes and VAT, unless otherwise stated separately for the item.
3.2 Delivery Costs
Denmark: For every order of goods placed on the website, an amount must be added to cover shipping costs. We offer free shipping to the nearest pickup location - for purchases over DKK 449.

Nordic & Europe : Any order for goods placed on the website must be added an amount to cover shipping costs. We offer free shipping to the nearest pickup location - for purchases over DKK 849.

The shipping costs will be shown in the order list, which is confirmed by the Customer and also appear in the order confirmation and later the invoice sent to the Customer.
3.3 Payment by debit card
Payment can only be made with the recognized payment cards that appear on the website in connection with the execution of the Customer's payment. The amount will not be deducted from the Customer's account until the item has been shipped. The amount charged will be reflected in the Customer's account statement. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase.

3.4 Delayed Payment
The amount is due for payment upon shipment of the item, and the shipment is made subject to payment for the payment on the Customer's payment card. In case of late payment, e.g. because the invoiced amount cannot be deducted from the Customer's account, or the Customer unlawfully stops or demands the payment be refunded, a reminder fee of DKK 100 per. reminder. However, the seller sends a maximum of three reminder letters, after which the claim is taken for collection. Interest on interest is accrued from the due date in accordance with the rules of the Rent Act, until payment is made.
4.1 Place of delivery and manner

4.2 Delivery time
The estimated time of shipment is shown in the order confirmation - usually within 2-5 business days. If the shipment of the ordered goods is delayed, the Seller will notify the Customer as soon as possible at the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
5 Right of withdrawal
5.1 14 days right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at Elgspirits.shop.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Goods without the right of withdrawal
There are cases where you do not have the right of withdrawal when you shop online. This applies, among other things. for flights, tickets for events, hotel stays and custom made goods.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words - you can only return items with unbroken content / packaging / lids
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use. As the original packaging is in some cases a significant part of the value of the product, it may mean that the product loses value if the original packaging is not included. The customer is therefore encouraged to store the packaging until the Customer is confident that the Customer will retain the item.
5.5 Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case. within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. 6 Errors and deficiencies - complaints
The Purchasing Act deficiencies may apply to goods purchases made at Elgspirits.shop To the extent that product descriptions and user guides are available for the product, these are included in the delivery, and the Customer is encouraged to consult the user guides before use, and follow any. product maintenance recommendations.

6.2 24 months notice period for all goods
The customer has 24 months warranty on all goods. Thus, the customer cannot invoke errors and defects that appear later than 24 months after the goods are delivered.
Any errors or deficiencies in the receipt must be claimed within a reasonable time after they were found. If a complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
The right of complaint applies only to defects and defects in the goods that were present at the time of delivery and not errors and damages, including wear and tear, arising from incorrect use in violation of user / maintenance instructions, or that the goods are damaged upon receipt by the Customer.
6.3 Complaints and Returns
Returns of goods that have defects or defects, including in connection with repairs or deliveries, are at the Seller's expense but at the Customer's risk, and the Customer is therefore always encouraged to pack the goods properly upon return. In connection with the return, the Customer must state the nature of the error or defect, and the Customer is encouraged to enclose a copy of the order confirmation and / or invoice. 6.4 Repair and Delivery
If, within the time limit referred to in paragraph 6.2, the item proves to be defective or defective, which the Customer advertises in a timely manner, the Customer has as a starting point the choice between: 1. the remedy of the defect, 2. the delivery of another item which corresponds to the agreement (delivery), 3. an appropriate rejection of the purchase price or 4. cancellation of the purchase if the defect is not insignificant. Offering the Seller the remedy or delivery, the Buyer may not demand a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the purchase. 10 Terms of membership of Elgspirits.shops Customer Club (not started)
Upon enrollment In the customer club, members earn 5% of their order amount (excluding freight and fees) for use in future orders.
The 5% is converted into Bonus Crowns and is deposited into the member's account immediately upon order execution.
The earned bonus crowns must be used within 180 days (6 months) of the acquisition, after which they will lapse from the member's account.
Bonus crowns cannot be used to pay for any freight and this must be paid when ordering. (The general shipping terms and conditions apply). When paying with bonus kroner, at least one ordinary krone must be paid for order execution.
If the order or parts of the order are returned, Bonus crowns are deducted corresponding to 5% of the returned amount.
By registering in the Customer Club, new members agree to receive newsletters and SMSs (3-4 times a month).
